Shipping label change
I purchased a label but haven’t printed it yet. I would like to change the label to send my package through ups instead of usps. How do I change and get a refund for the label.

Did the buyer ask to change carriers? They aren't offering to use their own UPS label, are they?

·5 months agoWhy do you want to change carriers? You may be setting yourself up for a problem. Sellers can set up their shipping options, but when a buyer selects one, sellers should not be altering that choice. It can be an INAD case

·5 months agoIf you listed USPS in the listing and the buyer paid for that service, you need to ship it USPS. If UPS was listed in the listing, there may be reasons why they chose what they did.

Good advice from @christworks. I'd suggest that you make sure the buyer knows you're changing it since the listing offered USPS. (Some folks prefer one, some prefer the other.) Also, hoping you know 1) to require a signature on delivery... it's needed on purchases $750 or over, and 2) there will be a Payment Hold... just sit tight. Good luck.

·5 months ago@mco334 From Seller Hub, click on Order->Shipping Labels.
Find the item you want. Click on "Action," then "Cancel Label"
From there you will be able to cancel the label. It does not matter what reason you select as to why you need to cancel. It can about 3 weeks to get a refund on that label as USPS will give it enough time to make sure the label does not get scanned.
You can then buy your new label with UPS. Once you bought the second label, double check the order to make sure the USPS tracking number was removed. Sometimes you have to manually remove it.
