Shipping label cancellation. Followed the instructions but it’s not under orders, feedback,
Manage shipping, tap the 3 dots, but cancel shipping label isn’t in there.

·9 months agoYou have 28 days to void the shipping label.
Go to your shipping labels and click Cancel in the menu next to the label.
It'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.

Find the order and click 3 dots on left (drop down; click 'print another label)
Top of page will say 'print another label' and 'manage labels'....click 'manage labels
On that page, you can then void label
Note it takes 3-4 weeks to get a refund (comes from the carrier, not ebay)

·9 months ago@siouxblood3 you are NOT clicking the correct 3 dots. Since you purchased a label, it will say 'SHIPPED' and next to that are 3 dots... NOT the 3 dots next to the item.
