·2 years agoAre you saying you voided a shipping label? If so, yes you get a refund for it. You would have to print another if you then need to ship. If that is not the issue, come back and explain. Keep the voided label. They have been known to come back from the dead and bill you again.

·2 years agoYou don't refund a shipping label you get a refund for voiding it.
Voiding shipping labels have nothing to do with your listings.
It usually takes 2-3 weeks to see a refund for voided labels in your transaction details.
