Hello I am a first time seller. I purchased a shipping label and realized I couldn’t print it so I voided it out and then purchased a QR scan label. Why will they not refund me

·2 years agoThe lag time for a refund is to ensure that the label isn't voided and then used anyway. You have to wait for your money back.

·2 years agoIf you voided the first label, it can take up to 21 days for the refund.
