Shipping, issue with cell phone use and key pad to large and covers up package weight and size page

Is this something I need to change on the cell phone, if so how?

Is this something that can be changed inside of eBay ?

The key pad that pops up to enter weight and dimensions is to big. It covers the enter area and I have dealt with it for to long. Asking for assistance.

Sounds like a setup issue with the phone not eBay. Click on the gear shaped icon for system and look for something to set display sizes. Might also help to say what phone/system you are working with, they are not all going to be the same.
