Shipping Issue for Seller: "Ship From phone number is a required field."???
I am so perplexed right now. I have my phone number updated, in fact, eBay required a 2 factor authentication through text.
Now I cannot generate shipping label no matter what I try. Any help would be appreciated, I promised the buyer one-day shipping for his item.

More important than insurance (for your seller protection) is the signature confirmation that you will have to add to your shipment. For items totalling $750+, you must have online viewable s.c. for seller protection.
You can also purchase insurance if you'd like but although that will probably require the buyer to sign for it, it's not adequate for seller protection because it can't be viewed online.

OP2 years agoWill eBay pay out what the buyer paid for shipping if I do not use eBay's shipping service?
I can just purchase the label + shipping insurance elsewhere such as pirateship.

Ebay doesn't "pay out" what the buyer paid for shipping. Buyer pays you and you can use that money to buy your shipping label if you do it through ebay or you keep that money and pay another site to purchase the label. If you do the latter, what the buyer paid for shipping will be part of your payout when ebay sends your funds to your bank.
