Shipping Insurance Claim Form
The post office lost an item I sold for $89. I had to refund the buyer. I go to shipping label, more actions,
but there is not an item to click on to initiate a shipping service claim form, so that I can be reimbursed for my loss.
Yet that is what ebay tells you to do to get the form?

·3 weeks agoDid you get an answer for this? I have same issue. My Item arrived broken to buyer. They requested refund, I paid it. There is no “create claim” option under actions….??
