shipping fees
Is Ebay not allowing sellers to charge their own shipping rates now? I was able to charge my own rates in March. Now In April/May I am not allowed to do that. Does anyone know anything about this. Thanks

·5 months agoI offer a flat rate amount for shipping. It was done by going to shipping policies and creating one.

·5 months agoWhy not just use the calculator and calculate shipping fees by putting in the weight and dimensions? That way you have a more accurate rate.

·5 months agoWhen you go to create a listing, there should be an area called "shipping". There should be a circle with 3 dots. Click on that. One of the options should be to "create a policy". Click on that and assign a name and then fill out all the appropriate drop down menus.
If you do a lot of selling you can create as many policies as you want.

·5 months agoYou can charge whatever you want for shipping. Set up a business policy for it and you are good to go.

OP5 months agoThank you. I will try that.

OP5 months agoI tried that under business policies and that does not work. There is no option where I can set my. shipping costs. So once again I will have to call Ebay.

·5 months agoNo reason to call eBay, nor would that likely be the most helpful thing for you. If you'll give a little more detail about what you do see, we can guide you. If you're able to post screenshots of the shipping section of your listing form, that would be best (if the boards won't allow you to post screenshots, feel free to send them to me in a private message and I can post them for you).

·5 months agoI dont see that you have anything listed and I dont really understand your question.
Can you please let us know what issue you are having?
Why do you think the seller cant set shipping charges?
