WHY are you charging customers EXTRA and receiving EXTRA $$ for Shipping and then crying when you have to 'spend that $$' on a shipping label??

Your listings show the price of the item and a shipping/delivery price.
An eBay buyer pays, say, $15.00 for a shirt and $6.00 for delivery, a total of $21.00.
(I won't even mention sales tax for fear of overload.)
The buyer pays $21.00 through eBay's app or website.
eBay makes those $6.00 (for delivery) available to the seller (you), so that you can buy the postage and label. Again, you buy the label through eBay.
You are spending ("being charged") $6.00 for the postage.
The buyer already advanced those $6.00 to you, through eBay.
If you take a few quiet minutes, relax, and think it through, it will all make sense.

·Aug 17, 2026 at 3:52 PM · EditedThe buyer is charged the stated amount of shipping. Those funds are paid to you and then you use them to pay for the shipping. The buyer does not pay the shipping direct, it goes through your account.
