Shipping - ebay combined 3 paid orders - listed separately - only 1 shipping label available
I have a buyer who purchased 3 different items that I had listed with seller paid shipping. He paid for all 3 purchases separately.
When ebay processed the purchases they automatically combined shipping. I now have 1 weight for all 3 of the purchases and one of the box sizes appears to be picked at random by ebay, which ultimately would be too small for all 3 (that box size was just for 1 purchase).
I want to ship these in 3 different packages but it appears there is only 1 shipping label available.
Where do I go from here?

·1 year agoI ran into a same problem today...But it's not giving me the "Purchase another label for this order" option!

·3 years agoYou can purchase 3 separate labels. Use the first label for one item; just correct the package weight on the label prep form. After you purchase that, there will be a link to "purchase another label for this order" and that option also appears in your seller hub. IIRC you can purchase up to 5 labels for one order.
