Shipping Delays are here...Am I covered?
Hi All,
I have just a small package with USPS tracking from 11/10 seemingly on vacation in Orlando. Still has not been delivered to LadyLake Florida. Am I covered?
I also have just a small package with USPS tracking from 11/10 seemingly sightseeing in Merrifield, Virginia. Still has not been delivered to Fairfax Station, Virginia. Am I covered?
If little packages are getting delayed....I can't imagine the big ones getting delayed.
I am a little concerned with getting stuck with refunds.

·2 years agoYou can file for missing packages with the PO. They will track it down and call you when they locate your shipments.

·2 years agoYou're asking if you will have to refund if the buyer files a claim and the package still isn't showing as delivered before they can ask ebay to step in? In that case the answer is no, you're not covered as you would have to refund.
If you are asking about a late delivery ding, you will not get one as long as the packages have been scanned within your handling time.

·2 years agoWhat Shipping method are you using for those shipments, and what was the last date of tracking (i.e. what date was the most recent scan)?

OP2 years agoUSPS...certified and Priority is another one....They have tracking. Today they are both saying "moving through the networK" .

·2 years agoEverything I've sent in the last week with USPS trackig is "moving through the network." It's their way of saying your shipment is being ignored somewhere.

OP2 years agoAll my items without tracking are making it within 2-3 days countrywide.
If these were "repeat buyers" I would not have done tracking.

In order to be covered for non-delivery claims, eBay Seller Protection requires you to have online viewable delivery confirmation that says 'Delivered".
It sounds like you do not have that, so you would not be covered by eBay Seller Protection against non-delivery claims.
