Shipping Charges Paid by Seller

We have sold on eBay for years and purchased our shipping labels through eBay. I have noticed a new trend when purchasing a label, sometimes even though the package dimensions and weight are the same I posted, the buyer isn't paying the full shipping cost. I noticed an almost $3.00 difference for one package. This coupled with eBay fees puts them up to as much as 50% in fees. Has anyone else had this experience.

It appears you have a flat rate shipping price set to $5.89 on all your listings. If you want the buyer to pay the full correct price, you need to switch to calculated shipping and set the weight and dimensions properly for each item.

Could it be that you're set up to show the buyer your discounted price and not retail rates? If so, revise them.
