how can I ship multiple orders as a bulk order to one customer from my phone? It won’t let me change the weight/size for the label??

There are some things you cannot do from the app. If you want to offer combined shipping you have to set up combined shipping by Opening a web browser on your phone or computer and go to the Manage Shipping Settings page. Look for Allow combined payments and shipping and select Edit next to it. Allow buyers to send one combined payment for all items purchased, choose your preferred time window Ex: 7 days and click Save.
Or you can refund the overage cost the buyer paid for the items ;
Open the eBay app and tap Selling, then go to your Orders.
Find the buyer's paid order and tap the three dots (...) next to it.
Select Send Refund from the menu.
Choose Shipping discount or Combined shipping as your reason for the refund.
Enter the exact amount you want to refund the buyer and tap Send Refund.
I have a note on my listings in the Seller Description telling my buyers that I will combine shipping and how they can get a combined cost for my auctions.
Or for the few Buy It Now items I list, that they will get a refund for the amount over the combined shipping cost once I have boxed and weighed the items for shipping.
