If I do not select any International Shipping Services or the Global Shipping Program, do I need to exclude countries outside of the US to only offer the listing domestically (US)?

You also need to set your buyer requirements to:
"Block buyers whose primary shipping address is in a location I don't ship to. "

·3 years agoGood question, I noticed that the listing creator is a bit different now and I'm having trouble understanding how I prevent something like a knife, for instance, from being sold internationally as well.
