Shipping
I purchased an item on March 23 and the listing stated shipping free shipping, and the estimate to my zip code was March 27-30. I got the notification it would arrive Mar27-30 with a tracking number. Then received a notification the next day with updated arrival Apr 06. I know the seller is paying for shipping but should they have let me know before hand. I agreed to purchase the item based on the arrival estimate. I know it’s just an estimate but for where I live the estimates on shipping have always been on time

OP3 years agoof course we want a perfect world, but when you get a second update on tracking with shipping changes from priority to media, that’s the seller not the carrier

·3 years agoIf the date changed after you received a tracking number, it was most likely updated by the carrier, not the seller. We all want to live in a perfect world, but that's just not happening.

·3 years agoOnly the original estimated delivery date on the listing at time of purchase matters, after that you can file an Item Not Received case for a refund.
