good morning. I have bought these nike for running. The delivery address is in Florida but doing the tracking on the fedex website I see that they are being sent to New York. Can you look at the destination?

·3 years agoJust a clarification: There is a difference between seeing strange places in the tracking history and seeing the wrong destination address. I live in CA and recently purchased an item from TX. I was amused to see that the item tracking along the way showed the package en route to NY! The item arrived fine, despite the illogical route that it took. If the destination address or the ZIP is incorrect, there is a problem. If it looks ok it could just be odd logistics that has your package on what looks like a tour of the states.

·3 years agoWhen you look at the listing does it show that the item is being sent through the Authenticity Guarantee program? If so, it will be sent to be authenticated first (which may be NY) and then to you.

Assuming your item is authentic it may be sent to the Authenticator first before being shipped to you.
What is the estimated date of delivery? If the estimated date of delivery passes and you don't receive your item you can open an Item Not Received claim through ebays Money Back Guarantee by clicking did not receive it inthe menu under More Actions next to the item in your purchase history.
