Good morning. I bought an item on May 5th and paid for it the same day. By 7pm it wasn't in the news. I sent a message to the seller and he wrote to me that he was in the hospital and would leave on May 9th. From then until today, the 12th, he hasn't sent me a message or a shipping notification. What should I do now? Thank you.

I'm assuming "in the news" is a poor Google Translate for "updated".

Sounds like your seller didn't make it out of the hospital. My condolences. As others have already suggested, you can use ebay's MBG to get a refund.

What you do is wait until one day after the estimated delivery date and then file an item not receive case. Ebay has you covered as long as you are within the 30 day moneyback guarantee.

Im not 100% sure what you are asking -

Why would you expect your purchase to be sent same day and be in the news?

IF you mean the package wasnt shipped the same day, what is the sellers processing time?

What is the last estimated delivery date for you purchase?

Wait until one day past that date and then file a Not Received case?
