I purchased a label, the money was taken out of my account but I never got a QR code. There was a tracking number, but when plugged into the USPS system it didn’t show up. I had to pay for shipping at the post office again which cost $5 more than the one I first bought through eBay. Is there a way to get a refund?

·5 months agoIt is common for new labels to take 30–60 minutes to appear in the USPS system after purchase. If you went to the post office immediately, the clerk's scanner might not have recognized it yet. If you can't find a QR code in your email or the app, you may have accidentally selected a "Printable Label Only" option.

OP5 months agoThe QR code finally showed up in my email 4 hours later (7:30 pm PST - way past USPS hours), so there was no chance I was going to be able to use it on the day I needed it. I did cancel the label and should get a refund for that. Unfortunately I'll be out the over $5 it cost me to re-purchase the label at the post office so I could abide by my shipping policy to get it out the same day.

·5 months agoFrom Seller Hub, click on Order-->Shipping Labels. Find the listing that you bought the label for. Click on the arrow beside "Actions." Click on "Cancel Label." From there you will give a reason. I normally select 'other.' As long as the label is never scanned, you will be issued a refund. It normally takes about three weeks.
