Shipping
I recently did an auction on several items. I had a buyer request combined shipping. I boxed up all items into one box but, I printed shipping labels for each item sold before they asked for combined shipping which I then refunded the shipping back to the buyer and then only charged them the USPS rate for the box. Afterwards I got to thinking and realized I was going to now get a shipping defect as it will look as though I did not ship all items out… what do I do? I sure don’t want a bunch of shipping defects dropping my seller level. Thanks for your responses

·8 months agoCancel the unused labels, no harm, no foul.
As long as all your items have the new tracking number applied to the single box you’re golden. If not you would need to apply it by clicking edit next to the tracking number for each item included in the one box.
