Side note: Unless you are planning a big jump in listings, you really don't need a store. You get 250 free listings per month. (Those listings roll over each month and count against the 250)
Invest in a printer. Then print out the shipping label purchased through Ebay. That's the cheapest way of doing things. Otherwise you will need to charge your buyers retail price and pay retail.
Pretty sure that if you have the QR code on your phone, you have already bought the postage through eBay and the PO is just printing the label for you so the discount would still be usable.
In addition to the other options previously mentioned, many public libraries offer printing services, connected through their on-site computer systems.
The procedure is fairly simple, and a librarian will walk you through the instructions.
The cost is about 20 cents per label, depending upon the library.
There is an option to bring a QR code to the post office (or UPS or FedEx) on a smartphone and have them print the label. Some do this, but it involves driving to and wasting time at the post office, and there is always a risk of mixing packages up.
If you plan on selling more than a few items, you really, really should buy a thermal printer for labels. Going to the post office with QR codes regularly will get old really, really fast. The printer will quickly pay for itself in time saved. Even better, if you can schedule a USPS pickup, you never have to waste time at the post office, saving wear and tear on a vehicle too.
Tape and a Laser Jet work fine. I only print in B&W so keeps cost down. I do need to update mine as I can't use it with Windows 11 but can still print from my desktop using windows 10.
I buy the labels 2 to a page with the self adhesive and that looks professional. Works fine. I don’t know why but this particular printer has worked for years. I have had bigger ones, but this is my favorite.

Check with your local post office to see if they do print from the qr code. Some don't.
Best to you.

I have a laser printer that I have used for years. Never felt the need for a thermal printer.

I recommend you buy one. A basic printer can be purchased quite reasonably today and is an essential for doing business.
