I have a possible customer that wants to know how much it will cost to ship the item to Puerto Rico and I’m not sure how to find out the price because on eBay site gives of range.

Puerto Rico is an American territory, and not a foreign country. It even uses a postal ZIP Code system.
If you ship using USPS, the postal charges will be the same. If you use another shipping service, there may be higher charges.

Tell the buyer to use the correct zip code for their shipping address.

·1 year agoIf the item ships to Puerto Rico, the listing will show them the shipping cost.

·1 year agoYou can use the eBay shipping calculator to get an exact price from one ZIP Code to another. You just need to know the buyer's ZIP Code.

Here's a Zone map based on a ZIP Code for San Juan PR. From NC, it will be either Zone 6 or 7 pricing.
