I just shipped an order for an Nintendo switch, the buyer paid Â£6 for shipping but at the post office 1 St class shipping cost Â£10 without tracking, I've got a receipt of the postage but I don't have tracking, if the buyer claims they didn't receive the item can I prove that with the receipt?

Here in the US, you would have no protection against a fake "Item not received" claim if you won't have any proof of delivery. Your proof of shipping means nothing.
