"Shipper Embargo" Returned Shipment
Hi...we had a customer in Hawaii order something, and it was sent via FX Ground. Label purchased on eBay. It was returned, and had a label on it stating "Shipper Embargo." Did some interneting, and sounds like it could be various things ie "port congestion." Tracker showed it dancing around CA/AZ for a days.
Anyway, we are going to send it out on our company FX acct separately, as I can't figure out how to get with eBay on how to handle. Question - how do we get a credit for the shipment, work with FX or try with eBay? suggestions on how best too work with eBay if so?
It was a $150 item, paid $25 to ship it, but returned. Now we are going to eat the new shipping to satisfy this customer, so would be nice to get that first shpt credited.

We ended up shipping this out on our own FX acct, and the customer received it. How do we go about getting the credit for the first FX label that ended up getting returned?

·1 year agoeBay is supposed to block all FedEx Ground labels to Hawaii. Ground Economy is the only FedEx service you can purchase to Hawaii on eBay.
Hey @kyle@ebay - it's been a few years since this has come up, seems something went wrong. Can you get this over to the shipping team for review for a tech bug and see if there's a way to credit this seller's label?
What was the item number @compcameras ? Kyle will need that to submit his report.
