Shipped 1 package but was charged for 2 labels

Newbie here, so please go easy on me.

I recently sold an 1 item and but was charged for 2 USPS labels.

Two USPS Tracking numbers were generated. I elected to use the

less expensive label, and the item was delivered to the Buyer.

Question is, how do I get a refund for the unused label?

If you were charged for 2 that would b because you purchased 2.

You will need to cancel 1.

Have always been given the impression that eBay automatically refunds the cost of a shipping label if that label is not used, but that it takes quite awhile.

The "Orders" Tab in Seller Hub has a [Shipping Labels] link in the dropdown. It takes you to the Shipping Labels Manager Page. Find the respective Label and under the "Actions" dropdown, use "Cancel". You will receive a refund for it in approx 3 Weeks.
