Shipment was delivered and confirmed buy buyer

Shipment was delivered and confirmed buy buyer for multiple packages. 90% of mine show delivered and funds released. These few the buyer has confirmed they have the item but it is not marked as delivered. I havent found a way to contact ebay about this

Tracking if multiple items in the same package...same tracking number needs to be added to each item sold going in the same package.

Using a tracking number for a package vs. each individual item purchased can be scary.
