Setting shipping to USA and Canada only

Setting shipping for USA and Canada only. Shipping calculated for the USA, and Flat same cost to all buyers, then set Ship to Canada

But when I list, I shows that I ship worldwide. What am I doing wrong?

I just tried revising one listing, made shipping calculated in the USA, and flat same cost to all buyers and choose ship to Canada only. But when I update, it still shows shipping worldwide.

My solution to almost every problem was to stop using any browser other than Safari. This has helped not just with eBay but all sorts of difficulties. I am a MAC user. PCs may be different.
