Selling and Shipping from the United Arab Emirates
Hello! i am a new seller on Ebay and usually i use EMX, Aramex, or DHL when i have to ship internationally.
i have received an order but i cannot purchase a shipping slip since my "ship from" address is from the UAE, can i just use my own courier? like EMX from example and then just update the order with the tracking number and mark it as shipped manually?
or is there a different process for this?

·6 months agoI would sit tight at the moment, everything will be delayed and ebay will mark you down on the ratings for late delivery, if you have a sale I would contact the buyer and explain whats happening and then cancel there order stating theres an address problem, then set yourself as time away and wait until things calm down.

OP6 months agoWe have received messages confirming that current situations are back to normal and we can resume living normally.
i use a fast shipping service which would deliver it under a week, so even if i faced a delay it will not surpass the 23 days max i have set.
