seller needing help to understand how to pay for a return
Seller is willing to pay for the shipping, but is having trouble finding the answers on how to do so. Is there a phone number he can call?

·2 years agoIt looks like both you and the seller are in the US, so they should be able to provide a shipping label once a return has been opened.

·2 years agoWere the items accurately described? If so, you should pay for return shipping, IMO.
If you want to return them, go to the orders and click on "return this item" and choose the correct reason for your return.
If the seller accepts the return, they can send shipping labels through the return requests.

·2 years agoDid you submitted a return through eBay? You have form 30days after item receipt to file a return request. If so, it is not your problem to figure this out for him. If not, then go to your purchase history, click on item in question and select return, put your reason for return, item not as described I guess and let the case go through its process. After 4 days, if no action is taken, go back to case and ask eBay to step in.
If item has not been received yet, and the dleivery date has passed, you can file an item not received case.
