seller lost code to print and printer is broken
got this email:
My printer broke and they sent me a code. When I went to post office the code disappeared from my cell they told me to go to Office Depot to have it printed. Went to Office Depot and they couldn’t help please ask e bay to send me another shipping label or code. So sorry
Is the buyer responsible when the seller can't locate a code on their own?
Seller since says Ebay sent her another code.

I suspect the seller just got flustered at the post office and either accidentally deleted the QR code that the post office was going to scan (in order to print the label there), or simply lost it on their phone. Most likely eBay sent her another copy of the same code. If the package is on the way, you should be able to find a tracking number for it in your Purchase History page. Keep us updated if there is any further weirdness!

You are either dealing with a mentally challenged seller or a scammer who is imitating one.
Have faith, patience, and read the terms of the Ebay Money Back Guarantee in case you need to invoke it.
