Seller defect for buying a second label and voiding existing possible?

Bought a label and was about to send the following day but forgot to buy insurance. If I void and purchase another label will I get a defect? I should have shipped yesterday but buying the label bought me some time?

For Metrics purposes eBay will ignore the original (voided) label as if it never existed and base your shipping time/day on the label you actually use.
