Seller Concerns - Ebay/USPS - Recycled Tracking #'s
Hello Ebay Team and community,
I had a few orders that was affected from the pinned post on the shipping section
A few orders were bouncing around USPS facilities in the wrong direction and/or mimic the tracking of the recycled/old tracking #. A few got mis-shipped and rerouted on it's own to the proper address that was on my shipping label (although it was a recycled tracking #)
Seems like USPS is 50/50 on affected orders. Some are resolving on its own, and some are entirely confused and lost or delivered to old tracking #
Ebay representative mentioned I should be covered (Have proof of the email shipping label I got from ebay, etc.) but just want to make sure and confirm because this whole entire thing is on USPS for generating these recycled tracking #'s when purchased via eBay.

·1 year agoThe tracking debacle is a double edged sword. I knew that morning the tracking on 3 of my packages were recently recycled numbers so chose to void them and buy new ones. My concern is I will not be reimbursed for the voided labels because the tracking will show the number was used.
