Sellar wants me to send them a shipping label
I recently bought an item and payed about 5 dollars for shipping. I just got a message from the seller asking me to send them the shipping label so they can send out my package. I thought the seller usually takes care of that? Especially because I already payed. Any thoughts on how to handle it?

·10 months agoYou tell the seller that's their job, and that's what you paid them for.... and that if they don't know how, they can either figure it out, or refund you.
If you want to be a tad helpful, you can send them a link to the ebay help page on creating shipping labels.

·10 months agoUgh...good grief...I don't think this transaction is going to go anywhere,lol unfortunately. I almost expect the sellers to come on here and want to know why they are paying for shipping when their listing states buyers pay?

·10 months agoThat's not how eBay works @sydmy-36 . My advice is don't reply. eBay will keep reminding the seller to ship. If the seller does not ship you can file a non-receipt claim the day after the latest date in the estimated delivery window.

·10 months agoThe seller is supposed to get the shipping label. Is it a new seller? eBay will remind the seller to ship too. If it's a high value item come back and let us know. However, it sounds like a clueless seller to me.
Wait one day past the given delivery date. If it's not arrived by then, file an item not received case.
