Scan Form Not Generating - error message repeatedly
Anyone else having difficulty generating a Scan Form using eBay Bulk Shipping Labels?
I used Bulk Shipping to create 12 shipping labels without issue this morning. Now it won't let me generate a USPS Scan form.
Great eBay! Looks like I'll be standing on line at the local PO Monday while they complain and scan each package and box individually.

·3 years agoWhat the heck, ebay?? You seem fine taking but you can't give back a little by resolving one stinking issue??? After all, we are in effect paying for this feature...

·3 years agoIt has been months. ebay wont care, they say scan form expires after 8pm. ridiculous

·3 years agoThis is crazy. My mail man won't scan multiple packages so now I have to go to the post office every day. Gas is too expensive for this. I hope Ebay fixes this issue. I put a ticket in last week but nothing has changed.

·3 years agoI have never had a problem UNTIL last week and now daily no scan forms WHICH EBAY uses to make sure they are mailed. This is against our account and standing as a seller. Mine started when the postal rates went up so many it has something to do with that?? PLEASE FIX IT!!!

·3 years agoYep, encountered this problem as well. USPS wouldn't scan 36 at the counter for me and so I had to just leave them. And of course, 48 hours later , five items STILL have not been scanned in. Good grief eBay this is unacceptable! You have so many hoops we have to jump through to keep our accounts in good standing and yet you make it impossible for us as sellers. Why am I paying all of these fees when you just don't seem to care at all about this? This thread is MONTHS long and it's still NOT FIXED.

·3 years agoWhy won't ebay support help with this issue. It is clearly ongoing. Our post office is horrible with scanning our items. This was supposed to be the answer. I get dinged when USPS doesn't scan it on my account, because It looks like I printed a label and didn't actual ship the item. they are getting lost and I have no way to prove I have shipped them. I use the bulk shipping option on ebay, and it is horrible, especially when it comes to printing the scan form. Is it possible to get ebay technical support to assist?

·3 years agoSame issue, 86 labels on one and 12 on another, The tellers at the post office are going to hate me. Where is all the money from my fees going? Clearly not tech support.
