Same Customer Buys several items on different days
Hello, so a customer bought mulitple items from me one day and a few items the day after the first purchase, totaling 8 items in total. However, now i have the two pending orders awaiting shipment from the same customer . I plan to send all of them together but im not sure if ebay will let me upload the same tracking number for both the orders. Need help in managing this and before anyone asks, i dont buy shipping labels from ebay and i never have.

·8 months agoWhen the same customer buys multiple items on different days, it’s a good practice to message them and offer combined shipping if possible. It improves the buyer experience and often leads to positive feedback.

·8 months agoAfter you have everything ready to ship, you can "combine orders" by selecting that option. Make sure that the package size and weight is correct, but it's pretty easy and simplifies things a great deal.

·8 months agoYes. I don't have anything currently awaiting shipping, but last week I combined multiple items on at least a couple of orders. When you go to purchase the label, it will display all items purchased from each buyer. Somewhere in there is a box to click to select all items, which will then give you the option to combine them. Once selected (I think it says something like "save and continue"), it will take you to the next page displaying package dimensions and weight. These are usually wrong and need to be corrected, but then you can purchase and print the label pretty much like normal.

·8 months ago@beltland You can upload the same tracking number as long as those items are being shipped together. You do not need to buy your label from eBay in order to do this.
