Same buyer shipping error
My mom is a new eBay seller. She had a buyer make 2 international purchases on the same day 4 days ago and printed labels for both sales but then packaged them together in the same package and shipped them. She does now realize that this was obviously not her brightest moment, but is unsure what to do moving forward. Should she ship something with the other shipping label so that tracking processes? Or is there a more reasonable solution? Tyia

·11 months agoYour mom should also add the same tracking number on eBay platform of each item in the same package.
That way the buyer can't say there is only tracking for the one item and not the other item and say one item has not arrived.

·11 months agoYou can include multiple orders in one package as long as the shipping addresses are same. Create a shipping label for all orders (be sure to weigh all sold items) then copy paste the tracking information on each orders. So, that when customer view tracking information, they see the same update on each order. If you already bought the shipping labels, you can always cancel them, and buy a new one. I hope this helps. Happy selling on eBay.
Cheers!

I think your mom could cancel the unused label and add the tracking number (on the label she used) to both orders.
