Sale to buyer in Guam, questions about info I have to fill out

I had a sale to a buyer that is in Guam and it is asking for 6 digit tariff code as well as boxes to enter license #, certificate #, etc. I am not sure if I have to fill out all of it or not.

I clicked the link provided to find the tariff code for a fashion doll and the number was more than 6 digits. I'm just not sure how to do this and don't want to screw it up.

If you can enroll in eIS, let ebay do all that stuff...it just gets too complicated to do on your own. I know eIS cost buyers more, but there is a reason for it, otherwise you are doing more work to take on more risk. After this sale, enroll

Anything after the first 6 digits of a tariff code relate to sub categories of that comodity, some countries need more harmonized info than otthers. The other questions maybe because theres lots of weird sex dolls being sold online, best ask the buyer as they may know more about it.
