Sale of an item Parts or not working
I sold an an unused Smart Oven with condition of Parts or not working since it has damages on body . I did post only oven pics and didn’t mention anything related to its parts will include or not . I was planning to sell accessories separately. I Send message to the buyer to confirm what he purchased and no response. I don’t accept returns. If buyer didn’t expect to purchase a broken item and opens claim later what may happen ?

·3 years agoYour no returns policy does not mean no refunds since eBay's Money Back Guarantee will supersede your no returns policy every time.
If your buyer opens a claim for not as described and you will be refunding open return of the item.
You should always be clear when listing items for sale. If parts are not included this should be stated in the listing.

·3 years agoMake sure the buyer knows that it is broken and give as many details as possible before you ship it.
This way you can avoid having to pay for it to be returned or lose the money for the sale + shipping.
