I combined shipping after a buyer had paid. How can I become the excess shipping? I have found the directions, but there is never a request for a reason for the refund. I would hope that is a would have calculated what I owe them

·7 months agoI just click "other" and give the partial refund. The buyer would receive the partial refund and you will see the calculation update were Ebay will return the partial fees to you that they charged.
