Return Shipping Label (I'm the Buyer)
Hi, I refunded Buyer for shipping but the return label is not showing up on the refund. Please advise.

·2 years agoWhen you refund the buyer before sending a return label the return closes.
What you did was allow your buyer to keep the item and the money too.

The title, you say you are the buyer.
In your post you say you refunded the buyer.

·2 years agoIt sounds like you're the seller. If you have a buyer who opened a Return claim, you had the option to approve it (which generates a return shipping label for the buyer) and refund when your item is returned to you - or - issue a refund without requiring a return. Did you accidently 'Refund' instead of approving the claim? 🤔
