I agreed to a refund and started the refund. Not sure how to send buyer label for return. Please help.

·6 months agoYou made a mistake if you refunded the buyer already. They are not obligated to send the item back if they received the refund prior to a label being sent.

·6 months agoDid they open a return? If so, you can send them a label through the return and should wait before providing a refund until you receive the item back.
If you refunded them prior to them opening a return, you cant directly send them a return label through eBay. You would have to get your own return label, and attach it as a jpeg in eBay messages. But if you already refunded them, there is no guarantee they will send you back the item even if you provide them a label.

Once this happens, you accept the return and system will generate a label for the buyer to use.
