Request from international buyer to change format of shipping label?

Here is the message I received:

***Hello. The QR you sent me cannot be used by the shipping agency I use.I heard that only return labels in barcode format are available, so can you change them and send them to me?***

I have no idea what this means. I've heard the term QR code before but have never needed to know what it means or how to change one, if I even could. Please advise the best way for me to be done with this. May I just say to the customer, sorry no?

Perhaps your buyer intended to message a different seller. How would the buyer know your shipping label would have a QR code on it and why would you have sent one?

QR codes are square little barcodes made up of black squares and white space. Youâ€™ve probably seen them and not known what theyâ€™re called.

Okay so I should just tell this person I have no idea what they are talking about and everyone I asked doesn't either. Perhaps this is beyond the realm of possibility.

Do you think the buyer sent a message that should have gone to another seller that they were requesting a return from? Btw, is your order his going to a FF?

Im thinking the seller shipped to a FF, and now the international buyer wants to return. So a QR code was produced for the USPS return label, but from an international location that cant be used. Not sure if this is what has happened or not. But if so, the international buyer must get the package back to the FF on their dime/time and then the FF can use the QR code return shipping label....

We need more info for the OP....
