Request for Refund of Unused Shipping Label Fee

I am writing to kindly request a refund for a shipping label fee that was charged to my account for a recent order. I did not use the eBay-provided shipping label for this transaction, as I arranged shipping through an alternative carrier.

- Item: Method Men Body Wash, Sea + Surf, Paraben and Phthalate Free, 18 fl oz
- Date of transaction: March 22, 2026
Since the label was not used, I would appreciate it if you could review this case and process a refund for the unused shipping label fee.

A little tip, dropshipping from Amazon is not allowed and can get you suspended.

I'm curious. Is the reason you didn't use the label you purchased from ebay because the item was dropshipped by the "alternative carrier?"

It's self-service. Go to Seller Hub/Orders/Shipping labels. Find the unused label and use the drop down menu to 'Void' the label. Know that if it was USPS, the refund won't hit your account for about 3 weeks. Hang in there.

·5 months agoYou have a limited time to request the Cancellation and then you will not be able to.

Find the label and then click on the Action Button then click on Cancel label.
