Regarding eBay Standard Envelope shipping for trading cards. At what stage can I file PIP Claim
I've been using eBay Standard Envelope to ship all my trading cards, it has worked perfectly.
But starting this Tuesday, June 4th, I noticed that for the 3 separate cards I mailed out, the shipping history on each item shows, Mon June 3 - Tracking number provided
By now it should have said IN TRANSIT.
Tomorrow if I see that the tracking # is still not moving, I will request the buyer to file an Item Not Received so I can refund them the money.
Am I still able to file a PIP Claim for the card on my end or does the tracking have to say IN TRANSIT, does it have to get to that stage for me to file a claim?

·2 years agoAsking the buyer to file a claim after 4 days is a bit premature. I'd have them give it 2 weeks from date of mailing.
As for the insurance claim, you have to wait 30 days to file.

OP2 years agoThat is very true now that I think about it, I am filing a claim too quickly, and that is probably the reason none of them replied back to my message..LOL
It seems that they are willing to wait.
