Refund/ Shipping
I returned an item back to eBay. I have the return ID. The seller was [removed by moderator] who was supposed to send a refund on May 21st, 2026. I have the email dated May 15, 2026 stating thanks your retun will be deliver soon. All of a sudden the package that is worth 131.00 has fall off the face of the earth and I can not get in touch with anyone.

How did you do the return?
Did you actually open up an official eBay return -- or did you just return the item to the seller?
What do you mean by "I have the return ID"?

·4 months agoDid you use the return label provided by eBay? When did you send it? What is the last tracking update? Better yet just post the tracking number.
I'll note that return labels are often shipped slower than normal packages, so 10 days with weekends is not unlikely.

You still haven't clearly answered HOW you "opened a return with eBay."
Did you actually open up an official eBay return, using the legitimate eBay return process -- or did you just send an email to someone who claimed to be eBay?
And what do you mean by saying "I have the return ID" -- what is a "return ID"?
We need more clarification.
