Refund of Shipping Label Charges

Good day,
I recently sold the above referenced item and printed a shipping label (which I was charged for); however, after a review of the shipping label, I noticed that my return address was incorrect. I went back in and correct my return label; however, the eBay system ended up charging me for a second label. In the end, I ended up not using either of the eBay shipping labels and use the actual post office cost.
Question?
How do I request a refund for the (2) two shipping labels charged to my account?

in addition to the advice given, it takes a couple weeks for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
If the label has been scanned, it will not give you the refund option.....

·3 years agoYou can void an unused eBay postage label up to 5 days after purchase.

·3 years agoIf they were USPS labels, go to Seller Hub and under Orders, you will see Labels. Select the labels and void them from the pulldown.
If they were UPS OR FEDX, they don't bill you unless the labels are used.
