Refund for cancelled shipping labels
I recently sold an item, and somehow purchased two shipping labels from fed-ex. I cancelled it, and have been waiting weeks for a refund. Why does it take so long to get a refund on what was clearly a shipping label purchased unintentionally?

·1 month agoIt doesn't matter why you canceled it, the carrier needs to make sure the label doesn't get used so they don't refund until it's expired. With USPS it's usually 3-4 weeks, FedEx likely the same. Also you won't get a notification for it, the money will just show up in your funds.
