Hi, I ordered a Canon EOS R from a seller, and I read the description of the camera before ordering. There’s nothing written in the description stating that the item is pickup only, with no delivery option. It was only after I made the payment that I found out there was no delivery and that I had to pick it up. I sent a message to the seller, but I haven’t received any response from them since over 3 days have passed since I made the payment, and I don’t know how to contact eBay directly because I have sent messages to eBay through their automated system, but I have received no reply. Please I need someone who can help me out on how to contact eBay direct.

·1 year agoTo contact Ebay you need to go to Chat box and ask to speak to an agent. Continue to type speak to agent. Then have an agent call you back. There is no direct number to Ebay.
