Received two items ‘return to sender’ which I didn’t send

Both items (cheap mugs) are sent via Evri, titled eBay Simple delivery, with a barcode on. I can’t find anything to identify the sender.

is this something that should be reported to evri or eBay?

Seller didn't want the items back so they are using you as a drop address. I would not lose any sleep over it and if you don't want to keep them donate to a charity shop or toss. If this starts happing a lot (there are YouTube videos about people over here getting swamped with returns they didn't buy), then yes, you could try reporting.

While you are asking on the USA eBay.com board, we have the same thing happing on our side of the pond.
