I sold 3 refridgator magnets the rubber ones that are a picture frame

I had it listed with free shipping

so the buyer paid the agreed upon price1

so whne i went to see the shipping label and other info

somehow the details showed it was shipped already when it wasnted

I didnt even print a shipping label yet

also when everything was done I found a smaller shipping package but there was no way

to change the size or weight since supposedly the item was shipped already

is there anything I can do now to fix this

Ive done this before a very few times but dont remember it being this hard

Either you have someone else accessing your account, or you are now following directions.

Are you trying to combine shipping?

Edit ok after re-reading I think I might understand.

The packaged status is set to Shipped the moment you purchase the label, not when post office scan the label..

sorry but realized I had to click on the blue line

but anyways this is getting stranger

first--the first label that I didnt print-it was just there-wasnt taken out of my account

so today I was just going to print it so I can ship tomorrow but now I saw where I could print like I usually do which worked like always

but when I clicked on the blue line it said something about a manifest--what does this mean

so now I got a new label and there was an area with the manifest wording where I could cancel the incorrect label yet on the ebay webiste it shows there that i was charged for the first label and now the new one

I did click to cancel the incorrect one and it said Ill get a refund in a few days

but what type of refund when it wasnt put through the bank just ebay is showing the charge

hope I did the right thing

and all of this makes sense

I changed my password just in case.

I didn’t do anything different than I’ve ever done.

Also the shipping was never taken from my bank. The amount only shows up on my account on eBay.

This has happened before like when for some reason I can’t print the label but was charged for it so then I saw where I could I could print another label but then I was charged again. But after a few weeks since the label was never used if the money bank. Any other ideas.
