PWE shipping

I have a few orders that i have shipped PWE that i shipped directly from the post office. It shows that i shipped them but not yet delivered. I know 2 of them have been delivered because i received feedback from the buyer.

This has happed a few times this year, I had no problems with this issue in 2023.

Is there a way to mark the shipments has delivered so i can take them off my dashboard?

If you want them marked as delivered, you have to use tracking.

Only the shipping service used can mark shipments as delivered. All a seller can do is mark as shipped.
